Every Cup Tells a Story Worth Savoring

Our Story

More Than Coffee — It's a Feeling

Koobies Coffee Shop was born from a simple belief: the best moments happen over a great cup of coffee. Nestled along Co Hwy B in Hayward, we've built a space where the espresso is always fresh, the pastries come out of the oven before sunrise, and every regular feels like family.

Whether you're grabbing a quick morning latte before heading out or settling in with a book and a croissant for an hour, Koobies is your corner of comfort in the heart of Wisconsin. We source locally, bake daily, and pour every drink with genuine care.
